Saints Island Pies is a Filipino-inspired bakery and pizzeria built around heritage, neighbourhood energy, and the belief that food brings people together. I led the full brand identity and brand system — shaping everything from visual strategy to execution.
The goal was to honour Filipino “home” in a way that felt lived-in and contemporary — nostalgic without feeling retro, expressive without becoming ornamental.
The identity is anchored by a custom illustration language inspired by everyday textures, memory, and cultural detail. These illustrations (via Landon Wideman) became a unifying thread across packaging, menus, social, and in-store materials — giving the brand emotional warmth while maintaining visual discipline.
Deliverables included:
• Logo suite and identity architecture
• Typography and colour system
• Custom illustration library
• Packaging and spatial applications
• Social and digital guidelines
The result is a brand that feels rooted and welcoming — distinct enough to stand apart, but flexible enough to grow with the business.
